Our Humble Beginnings
It all started back in 2019 when I was frying up fish to fund another business. At first, it was just a way to make things happen, but people weren’t just supporting—they were raving about the food. Fast forward to 2020, and my mentor was on me like, “You need to run that back!” The response was overwhelming, the reviews were glowing, and people weren’t just asking for fish—they wanted cakes, pies, and my now-iconic banana pudding.
Cooking has always been a part of my life. I grew up in the kitchen, learning from my grandmothers & my mother, and putting my own spin on things over the years. Food is more than just something to eat—it’s culture, it’s love, it’s a way to bring people together. And with that spirit,
Good 'Ol Sweets & Eats was born.
